The B2B Survey 2025
How do Norwegian business leaders think in 2025?
Norwegian businesses are in the midst of a time characterized by economic uncertainty, technological development and increased demands for efficiency.
This is the second time we have conducted this survey, the last time was in 2023. In this year's B2B survey, we interviewed 700 decision-makers responsible for purchasing key services and products in the business sector. The report gives you insight into what they plan to buy more or less of, what factors determine the choice of supplier - and how managers expect artificial intelligence to change the rules of the game in the B2B market. Here you will find the numbers, trends and signals that help you understand - and reach - the Norwegian business market.

Schibsted Impact study 2025
It can be challenging for advertisers to navigate today's changing market with changing consumer habits, technological changes and a fragmented media market where it can be difficult to penetrate consumers. In Schibsted We have analyzed the Effect Study data from 10 brands in different categories to understand how strong brand elements can contribute to a clear and long-term brand identity.
We want to provide advertisers with valuable insights and concrete advice to adapt and grow in a time of change. Our goal is to contribute to long-term strategies that combine visibility and effectiveness, so that you become the natural choice for consumers.

The 2025 Job Survey
The supply of qualified workers remains a challenge for many companies. Unemployment remains low and most people are satisfied with their jobs. But does that mean that people are not open to new opportunities? Absolutely not! 70% of the working population are not actively searching – but are still open to new opportunities! The job market is full of passive candidates – people who are not necessarily looking for a job, but who may be tempted by an exciting offer. Almost half of the workforce has considered or explored job opportunities in the past year. Schibsted develops the “Job Survey” every year. This report provides you with a summary of the findings from this year's survey.
