Your area of work / expertise:
Content marketing

What motivates you at work?
To be able to contribute to a culture where the shoulders are low and the senses are sharpened. That we create effect for our customers and develop together with them. I am motivated by working with people and thrive best when I can contribute to the success of others, then it is very nice to lead a team that is brilliant in their fields.

What is your best professional advice?
Fit cliché, but I sincerely believe that you must always wish the best for the people around you. You need to be generous with colleagues and customers and always put yourself in their situation and be genuinely concerned about them.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Still uncertain.

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with? The first female American president

Your area of work / expertise:
Text. Has a pen for the most part, and writes as much in Nynorsk as in Bokmål. Ability to make the incomprehensible understandable, the boring exciting and the heavy easy and readable.

What motivates you at work?
First and foremost to create the best possible effect for customers. Stand-up-will, yes-culture and good colleagues who cheer and support each other are also important motivating factors.

What is your best professional advice?
Always do your job thoroughly and add prestige to everything you do. You can do sloppiness when folding training clothes. If you are unsure about something, ask rather than cheat.

If you could be a DJ for a night, what would you play?
A mix between Dave Matthews Band, Spetakkels Kem rocker and a dose of Mambo No. 5 and similar danceable list pop from the years around the millennium.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Stronger, faster and really good at climbing. I also want to be a good role model who makes the right choices and motivates those around me.

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with?
My sister Turi who has settled in Tønsberg. Sees her far too rarely and is always a lot to catch up on.My good grandfather that I had the pleasure of having in my life until I was quite so voksen . Larger mood spreaders should be looked for for a long time.
And preferably a dinner with author Maja Lunde as well: A brilliant storyteller that I'm sure would have been exciting to discuss most things with.

Your area of work / expertise:
Content marketing and storytelling

What motivates you at work?
The search for the good stories is very handsome, but seeing that what we write has a good effect on customers is what motivates the most.

What is your best professional advice?
Be honest and genuine.

If you could be a DJ for a night, what would you play?
Then I had dropped the DJ table and lined up with the legendary party band Buran Pingpong Club. The band with the short shorts and long socks would have played the biggest prunes and the worst rock songs before it all ends in an eternal version of "The time of my life".

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Jazz guitarist (currently I am only a party band guitarist)

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with?
I really appreciate the sailor. Three dead people would therefore have been an excellent company. But the party afterwards trumps dinner, and therefore I go for three living people. You're welcome!

Your area of work / expertise:
I am a commercial consultant in Schibsted Partnerstudio, with commercial responsibility for region West. An important part of the job is to help develop new ideas and concepts for our customers, both proactively and concrete briefs. This in close collaboration with the team leader, content producers and Schibsted's sales staff.
I have high competence in sales and project management, concept / solution sales and good commercial understanding, based on creativity and structure.

What motivates you at work?
I love to create commitment around content and get to know new people and customers here in Western Norway. What motivates me is to find good angles and solutions on behalf of customers, which have an effect and hit the customer's goals. And I hear from sellers and customers that they are happy with the cooperation and follow-up along the way - then I get warm deep in my heart!

What is your best professional advice?
For me, it has been fundamentally important to work on something that has been interesting. And I am very fond of the industry I work in. For me, the very driving force to go to work every day is precisely this commitment and curiosity - so find something you really like and give yourself energy for new responsibilities and work tasks.

If you could be a DJ for a night, what would you play?
Guaranteed 90's pop / hip hop, then a small dose of Justin Bieber, before it all ends with Bjørn Eidsvåg and Celine Dion.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
My mother.

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with?
Oprah, Michael Jordan and Bjørn Eidsvåg
