Your area of work / expertise:
As the industry manager for Real Estate, it is important that I stay up to date with what is happening in the industry. Be it macro / micro changes in the market or whether a new player has arrived. My goal is to be a good advisor and sparring partner so that I can help the various players to increase their sales through marketing, project management and lead generation. I work with several different partners in the real estate industry and work closely with the insight department and concept developers to advise what I believe is Bergen's very best industry.

What motivates you at work?
To meet all the great people I meet during a working day. Knowing that no two days are the same, and perhaps most important of all, the feeling you get when you achieve success with a customer or colleague.

What is your best professional advice?
Know which target group you want to reach and define what you want to achieve. To know whether the strategy set works or not, we must have measurable goals.
No ads on whim or panic. Make a strategic plan, and be true to it.

If you could be a DJ for a night, what would you play?
A light mix. You have to have something to dance to, and then it is often music I do not otherwise listen to, but which gets me in a good mood. Gabrielle, Lars Vaular, Rihanna. Well even Haddaway with What is love and Ace of Base. There are several old hits that appear in the cerebral cortex.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
I had three dreams. My biggest dream was to become an archaeologist. Just the thought of being able to dig out big dinosaur bones I thought was very exciting. A little further down the list were Ballet Dancer and Violinist.

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with?
Petter Stordalen, Queen Elizabeth 1 and Jonas Kvåle. I imagine that a dinner with these three will be fun, inspiring and educational.

Is responsible for the job market in our area. Which requires me to keep up to date with what's going on around us. The job is also closely linked to the finn.no marketplace

Nothing is better than solving customer challenges!

Think long-term, not just around the corner

I am so lucky to work with some of Schibsted's most exciting clients in the real estate and car industry. Passionate about seeing the whole in marketing as well as being a good sparring partner for my customers and colleagues.

What motivates you at work?
I get up with a smile every day since I get to work with so many wonderful people in Schibsted, my customers and other people I meet on my way through the working day.

What is your best professional advice?
Spend more time establishing a good plan (strategy) around your marketing and less time studying studies that may not tell you much about how your brand is evolving.

If you could be a DJ for a night, what would you play?
The 90's were the heyday - Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Green Day, Skunk Anansie, Weezer, Blur, Foo Fighters etc. and often spiced with some Norwegian Dumdum Boys, Jokke and my local favorite Pogo Pops.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Fat and happy.
