What motivates you at work?

My clients appreciate that I come up with suggestions and ideas on how they can achieve even better results!

What motivates you at work?
To create good relationships with customers and help them reach their goals!
Otherwise, I am concerned with spreading positivity and joy to my customers and colleagues

What is your best professional advice?
Dare to think "long term", where will you be in 1-2 or 5 years and how will we get there.
Lay out a floor plan but free up space to be impulsive! If you only act on impulse, you will usually be two steps behind the competitor who has made a plan and set clear goals.

What motivates you at work?

Money and status. Neida. I get very motivated by relationship building. People are exciting and often work on exciting things. It is motivating to be able to be a part of the value creation that my customers are doing. On the other hand, I am very motivated by working with good and positive colleagues who constantly challenge you to get better.

What is your best professional advice?

My best professional advice is to place great emphasis on communication. This does not have to mean that you often have to have formal meetings with shirts and ties, but that you can pick up the phone, have a chat and have fun. In this way, all challenges and goals will come out clearly and you can work efficiently and godt to reach the goals together.

Your area of work / expertise:
I work as a sales manager and the most important areas I work with are sales development, strategic sales processes, business development and identification of new opportunities. I am also involved in a number of different projects both internally in the organization and externally with customers and partners.

What motivates you at work?
One of the most motivating things I know is when our skilled salespeople succeed and reach their goals, and the result is satisfied customers.
Good colleagues who share expertise and help each other are inspiring, and the sharing culture we have at work is nothing short of fantastic.
I love to have a lot of balls in the air and get energy when there is a lot to do

What's your best professional advice?
Be godt prepared for meetings and don't be afraid to ask questions until you're sure you know the customer's needs godt nok .
If you could DJ for a night, what would you play?
It would be energetic rock with distorted guitar and a high bounce factor on the floor.
But the general advice as a DJ is to play songs at 124-126 BPM - that's when the audience gets their feet.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Golfprof 🙂

If you could choose 3 people, dead or alive, who would you have dinner with?
Then I would have chosen 3 people with a lot of life experience and a brilliant communication ability - then I could have eaten good food, drank good wine and listened to good stories.

I had chosen "The nicest man in rock", Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters, who just seems like an incredibly cool guy with a number of stories from a long life in music.
Obama who could enrich us with his life story and ability to enchant his audience and so I would laugh godt of, and with Jim Carrey, but he seems so intense that he had to show up for dessert. This had been the recipe for a good night 🙂
